Accepted Payments
At Extracity, we strive to serve the needs of everyone. This is why we accept different forms of payments.
You can book online from the comfort of your home and rest assured with your seat reserved in advance. You can also pay in cash or using Ecocash or InnBucks on the bus or at our offices using any method. Paying on the bus is, however, not recommended as there is no guarantee that there will be a seat available.
Paying Online
Credit/Debit Cards
We accept all major credit or debit cards, that is, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club as well as JCB.
Paypal
You also have the option to pay online using Paypal.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
We also accept SiD Instant EFT payments from South African account holders through the secure PayGate gateway.
Ecocash USD
Zimbabwean Ecocash account holders can also pay online.
All online payments are safely handled by trusted payment gateways, that is, Ecocash and DPO.
Both gateways are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant - the highest standard of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is a set of security standards that was created by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Financial Service, JCB International and American Express in order to safeguard card payment security.
Paying Offline
We accept all forms of cash payments. This includes, but is not limited to ZWL, US Dollar, Rand, Pula and GBP.
You can also pay by sending the fare directly to our Ecocash Merchant Code either at the bus or before coming to th bus.
We also accept payments using InnBucks. You will be provided with the account on the bus or by calling us before travelling.
We accept swipe payments only at our offices in Harare and Bulawayo. You can also request for ZIPIT or bank transfer.
